iSnack 2.0 – a PR Disasters clarification

Seems some sections of the meeja have been referencing, saying Kraft’s Simon Talbot said the iSnack 2.0 name was “a donkey”. Greta at Kraft Public Affairs has asked me to clarify that Simon never actually said this: I agree Simon didn’t say this, it was me editorialising and to a degree paraphrasing). Hope this clears this up and stops journalists drawing on my editorial and reporting blog commentary as a direct quote.
