Following the resignation of their previous PR consultant, the parents of the missing-presumed-murdered toddler Madeleine McCann are considering hiring former News of the World editor Phil Hall to manage global media relations. Kate and Gerry McCann have been in discussions with several other PR luminaries says The Guardian. Phil Hall, the former tabloid editor turned media consultant, is first in the frame for the tough PR task following the resignation of the McCann’s ex-media spokeswoman, Justine McGuinness.
