    Not surprised this went global. Have to wonder what the boffins at Toyota were thinking when they let this one out of the bag. Edgy is fine. Even borderline smutty is fine. But downright offensive is NOT fine. Sure, there’s a fine line to be drawn, but that’s surely why those Saatchi & Saatchi blokes (because it HAD to be blokes) drive such expensive cars?
