‘Virgin’ speechwriters, unused oratory, cancelled events, wasted research, expensive television advertising campaigns, sloganned T-shirts and golf balls, websites, Web2.0 training junkets…all claimed true by a freelance writer-turned PR advisor to an Australian government agency. True or politically motivated and skillfully timed?
